Yes, another one of these. But isn't it much better and more interesting than the last one I did? Except this time I left out the two ravens...oh well.
Oh, and before I get any angry comments: Yes, I do know that this doesn't look like the traditional Odin. He's MY version of Odin...the way I'd like to remember him...as a fearsome, yet elegant warrior...not a hairy, grumpy, disheveled-looking old man. Oh yes, and the antlers...I know a million of you are going to say "Why the hell did you put ANTLERS on his helmet!?!?!" Well, some time ago I saw a picture of Odin, that some artist somewhere did, in which he had a small pair of deer antlers grafted onto his helmet. I liked the idea. So, in typical "EaterofWorlds" fashion, I did my own take on the design and gave him ridiculously huge elk antlers! I like it; it makes him look more...I don't know...viril! I hope you enjoy it! (Full-View is always reccomended) ***UPDATE*** Re-scanned and re-colored. I hope you like it better, now.  |
